How to be more mindful of your body in yoga

The first time I did Yoga I was terrified.

I thought I was going to vomit and I could not breathe.

When I finished I was so exhausted that I couldn’t get up and went to bed.

That was it.

The yoga I practiced at home was so gentle, so peaceful, I felt so comfortable.

It was like a spa treatment.

But when I started practicing yoga in public, it became a circus.

I had to wear a mask, my head was covered with sweat, I had a lot of sweat in my hands.

And it was like I had been injected with a substance.

But that is the beauty of yoga.

Yoga can be so simple.

There is no time to get lost.

It was just one session and I did it for a year.

The next day I could go out and practice.

The first day was not a bad one, but it was not as easy as the next day.

I needed a break.

And I had just finished my first session when my wife was taking a nap.

It is hard for women in India to get out of bed because of the time restrictions.

So, I went to the toilet, and I had no time.

I didn’t even have enough strength to get up.

My wife asked me to help her get out.

But I did not have any strength.

She was not able to get the necessary strength to help me.

She got out of the bed.

She ran to the bathroom.

I told her to sit down.

I thought, she is not fit for the role.

But she stood up and was able to sit in the toilet.

I went and got her.

She asked me, ‘Is that all?’

I said, ‘Yes, you have done all this hard work, now I am going to relax.’

Then, I started to relax.

I was still tired.

And she said, “You should go home.”

I said that is fine.

Then, she asked me if I have anything to eat.

I said yes, I will give you some food later.

That is how I relaxed.

I did this for a few days and then I was able.

My husband, who was also very busy, didn’t feel comfortable with it either.

After that, we stopped doing it for the time being.

I was really tired when I was done.

And after I finished, I was very happy.

That day I felt very relaxed.

It feels like I have completed the training.

You can practice a yoga pose for an hour and then sit in silence and do some relaxation exercises.

It seems like it is a very peaceful thing to do.

I do it for my wife, and for my children.

But the time I spent doing it was very good.

And now I want to do it with other people.

I think it will help me to get rid of all anxiety.

It is easy to do Yoga in public because the space is crowded.

But you have to understand that, if you want to stay healthy, you need to sit outside.

I know that I have been doing it a while, and now I realise I need to change my behaviour.

You need to be mindful of all the things that you are doing.

You cannot sit with your back against a wall and let it all go.

You have to keep yourself calm.

And then, you can sit quietly in silence, not moving.

I have started doing Yoga in front of the mirror, and it feels good.

You are not going to be distracted.

You do not have to go to the gym.

You could just sit there, take a deep breath, and enjoy it.
